Village courts were formed under the Village Court Act 2006. May 9, 2006
The village court law has come into effect from the date.
Gram court structure:
Village court is formed in coordination with 5 (five) representatives.
These are:
1. Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad
2. Two representatives of the applicant's party (1 member of the union council)
And 1 person).
3. Two representatives of the protesting party (1 member of the union council)

In the union, the application for the formation of village court will normally be filed
